What to Expect

We know eating healthy is important for both physical and mental wellbeing, but what does “eating healthy” mean? It may mean something different to everyone. Your registered dietitian will take your dietary restrictions, varying health conditions, relationship with food, culture, ability and desire to cook, and more into consideration to teach you how to nourish your body on your terms. This two-way video chat gives you the flexibility to work with a registered dietitian from the comfort of your home, or anywhere else you have internet connection — no waiting room, no hassle.

While there’s an enormous amount of dietary and nutrition information available, it can sometimes be overwhelming and confusing to understand what is right for you. Registered dietitians use a hands-on approach to help you easily understand what information is accurate and relevant to your unique situation. Whether you’re looking for nutrition education on specific health conditions, ways to add more nutrients to your meals or want answers to your burning nutrition questions, we can help. Our registered dietitians are specially trained to provide expert guidance on making complex nutrition science easy and actionable. Many find their nutrition goals are best supported by working with their registered dietitian over three to six appointments. This gives time to implement in real life what is learned in an appointment and add in new nutrition skills when ready.

Our team of registered dietitians can provide a variety of services through Telenutrition, such as:

  • Healthy alternatives, delicious recipes and meal ideas that work with your busy schedule
  • Nutrition counseling based on any medical conditions (we can communicate with your medical provider)
  • Guidance on nutritious foods to add to your grocery list
  • Advice on how to navigate the grocery store
  • Tips for feeding your family nourishing food while sticking to a budget

Online Healthcare, Dietitian Services & Telenutrition

Prioritizing your health isn’t just important, it’s also easier than ever thanks to the convenience of online healthcare. With virtual care, you can meet with a healthcare provider or registered dietitian from the comfort of your home, or anywhere else you have an internet connection – no waiting room, no hassle. Let’s take a look at how scheduling a telenutrition or virtual visit appointment can help you!

What are Virtual Visits?

We're committed to simplifying healthcare by creating solutions that combine health, wellness and nutrition, connecting with patients on an emotional and personal level. With virtual health visits, you’ll receive the same quality of care you experience during an in-person visit. During your appointment, one of our licensed healthcare providers will discuss your health concerns and employ appropriate virtual care modalities. The healthcare provider will ask you relevant questions related to your chief complaint and complete assisted examination techniques, as appropriate. These appointments are great for discussing lifestyle habits that impact your overall health, managing chronic conditions such as hypertension and allergy or cold symptoms, or for simply renewing your prescriptions. To get started, schedule a virtual visit and get the care you need today.
