The Kroger Family of Companies Gift Card represents a prepayment for goods and fuel available at Kroger, Barclay Jewelers, Baker’s, City Market, Copps, Dillons, Food 4 Less, Foods Co., Fred Meyer, Fred Meyer Jewelers, Fry’s Food and Drug, Gerbes, JayC, King Soopers, Littman Jewelers, Mariano’s, Metro Market, Owen’s, Pay Less Supermarkets, Pick ‘n Save, QFC, Ralphs, and Smith’s Food and Drug. Use of The Kroger Family of Companies Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Gift Card.
Protect the Kroger Family of Companies gift card and treat it as you would cash. If the Kroger Family of Companies gift card is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, it will not be replaced and the value remaining lost. Funds do not expire. No fees. The Kroger Family of Companies gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Cannot redeem for Kroger Family of Companies’ Pickup, Delivery or Ship purchases.
When making a purchase, customers present the gift card to the cashier. The gift card balance remaining will print on sales receipt. To obtain remaining balance, check the sales receipt, present the gift card to the cashier or Customer Care associate to perform a balance inquiry, visit www.gcbalance.com, call 1-866-822-6252, or use the Kroger Family of Companies’ mobile app.

Order Acceptance and Processing
Please be aware that some orders may not be accepted and will be cancelled. The Kroger Co. and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. Orders may be cancelled for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: limits on available quantities, limits on the total purchase price, inaccurate or erroneous personal or credit information, failure to comply with Federal, State and local laws and regulations, and issues identified by credit or fraud verification. Upon refusal or cancellation of an order, Kroger will notify the customer. Additionally, Kroger may attempt to contact the customer in order to gather or verify additional information in order to process and complete an order.
All payments are processed when an order is placed. Order verification and processing may take up to 2 business days. Debit or check cards are not accepted except for those associated with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Payments made with a credit or debit card will not be charged until the credit or debit card and/or the associated account has been verified. Kroger reserves the right to use one or more verification and authorization methods, including both internal and third party authorizers. Kroger will verify shipping and billing information. Orders cancelled by Kroger or by the customer will be credited back to the customer’s credit or debit card/account. Crediting a cancelled order back to the customer’s card/account may take up to 10 business days from the time the order is cancelled. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
The Kroger Co. reserves the right to review and/or filter any gift messages included with orders for content and use of language.
