Our 1/8" x 3 3/8" sheets can be custom trimmed down to any size pieces or shapes to protect tender areas where your shoes might cause painful rubbing.
• Our durable and soft cotton flannel moleskin conforms to the shape of your feet to provide an all-day barrier of protection from friction. It can also be used instead of blister bandages; just cut a hole in the center of the pad and apply around the blister to relieve pressure from the surrounding skin.
• ZenToes moleskin for blisters provides a thin, flexible barrier for skin that rubs on tight shoes, boots or sports skates. Moleskin padding keeps friction and pressure from forming blisters and painful "hot spots" as you walk, run or stand for long periods of time.
