Cherry and Peach Smoothie Jars
These smoothie jars are a great way to prep for the week ahead. Just add the ingredients to a jar and when you’re ready to eat, blend with some almond milk and you’re ready to go.

- 1⁄4 cup flaxseed
- 1⁄4 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups fresh or frozen pitted cherries
- 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 2 cups almond milk
- In four canning jars, divide flaxseed, chia seeds, cherries, peaches and spinach equally. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
- When ready to eat, pour one smoothie jar into a blender and add ½ cup almond milk. Blend until smooth, then serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
