Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Cake

  • 1 (48 fl. oz.) container Vanilla Ice Cream, slightly thawed
  • 1 (13 oz.) package Chocolate Chip Cookies, crushed and divided"
  • 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1⁄4 cup Caramel syrup


  • Line a 9”x13” baking pan with aluminum foil. Spread the slightly thawed ice cream into the bottom of the dish.
  • Spread about 2 cups of crushed cookie over the ice cream layer.
  • Spread the whipped topping over the cookie layer, then sprinkle with the remaining cookie crumbs and drizzle with the caramel topping.
  • Freeze until ready to serve.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
