Fresh Rosemary Cocktail

This easy, big-batch cocktail is great for a holiday celebration. It’s light and refreshing, and pairs with just about any appetizer or meal.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, plus more to serve
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 6 cups lemon-lime soda
  • Ice, to serve
  • Frozen cranberries, thawed, to serve


  • In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar and 2 sprigs rosemary. Cook on a low simmer until sugar is dissolved. Remove rosemary.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the rosemary syrup and vodka. Before serving, top with soda and garnish with rosemary and cranberries. Refrigerate leftovers.
