Orange Carrot Smoothie
Start your day off right with this smoothie that’s loaded with carrots, oranges and mangos. It’s quick to make, requiring only a few minutes of prep work.

- 1 orange, peeled
- 2 carrots, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp. ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 mango, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup milk
- In a blender, add orange, carrots, ginger, turmeric, honey, mango and milk. Blend until smooth.
- Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
